Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. By means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To do this, you may use our attached standard withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. Otherwise, you can complete and submit electronically the withdrawal form or a clear statement also on our website (contact). If you use this system, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal request. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made in our favour, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such a refund.

The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You are requested to return the goods or to deliver them to us, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
